If you are experiencing problems this is common and weekly tasks that you can and should be doing

Install SkyGlass 2023 on a Firestick in 3 Steps

Step 1
Plug in device to power and the HDMI of TV
Log in with YOUR amazon account Username and Password, If u dont have 1 go to amazon.co.uk and register a FREE one and come back to device and login

Step 2
Press and hold Microphone Button and say Downloader
When the Downloader App appears on screen select it to Get and Install it
Press and hold Microphone Button and say Settings
Select Settings
Select Select My Fire TV
Select Developer Options

NOTE- if there is NO Developer Options then navigate to the About section in settings ON THE Device. Hit the button on the remote SEVEN times on the first item to reveal the now-hidden Developer Options menu

Select Apps from Unknown sources
Switch on for ALL or Downloader App

Step 3
Press and hold Microphone Button and say Downloader
Put 820742 in url and select Go
When App Downloads, Install it

Scroll down to Apps and download and install the your Chosen App from the Links onscreen (SkyGlass 2023 RECOMENDED)

Open Chrome App on Device
Put http://tvtapps.ddns.net in url and select Go and select the app on screen you wish to download
When chosen app is Downloaded Open File Browser / File Manager App on Device
Scroll to Downloads Folder
Select the APP you downloaded, Install it and Open It

Select Login
Your APP Username
Your APP Password >br>Tick Remember me
Select Login

We HIGHLY recommend to use VPN for better Viewing
Select VPN (just under Live TV)
Tick Automatic, Tick Auto Connect, No Need to change Server and select Connect
Agree or Allow or Ok for anything it asks
when connected SUCCESS appears then go back and watch TV as normal in the App
